**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Restorative RN to join our healthcare team. The Restorative RN will be responsible for implementing and overseeing restorative nursing programs for patients to help maintain or attain optimal function. This role requires strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for our patients.

**Qualifications:**
- Active RN license
- Proven experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of restorative nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement restorative nursing programs for patients based on individual needs and goals
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to assess patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic exercises
- Educate patients and their families on restorative nursing techniques and strategies
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay current on best practices and trends in restorative nursing care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care
