We are seeking compassionate and dependable RN House Supervisors.

Position Summary
The RN House Supervisor provides direct, individualized nursing care to residents and supports the overall coordination of clinical services on the unit. This role functions as a clinical leader, working with the nursing team to assess resident needs, develop and modify care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. The Supervisor RN may provide oversight to LPNs and unlicensed nursing staff as directed by the Director of Nursing or Unit Nurse.

Qualifications

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
