We are currently hiring a CNA Staffing Coordinator at our new skilled nursing facility for veterans in Cleveland, Tennessee.

Responsibilities:

• Follow written and oral directions.
• Follow established performance standards.
• Assist new in following established facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain a current listing employee’s phone numbers.
• Complete nursing schedule as directed coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of unit.
• Assist in obtaining nursing care staff information needed for daily positing requirements.
• Complete and post work sheets/time schedules.
• Assist in recordkeeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full-time 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Nursing Aide License is required
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have strong computer skills
